I picked these up at Amazons Stocking stuffer price, and didn't expect too much. But, these are beautiful. The earrings aren't as small as others have mentioned, they are the full 6mm size in the description. Pretty hefty for a stud size. The necklace, also 6mm, does feel a little small on the expanse of skin in that area, but it's a classic solitaire size, so that's to be expected.
The color is a rich purple hue, not pale, not dark, exactly the shade I typically expect when I see amethysts. High quality, even better price.

I thought that these were nice. No- they were not pricey, but the gems that I received were a beautiful color. While they are simple in design, I felt they were well worth the price- if you know your jewelry. I did buy them for my niece, a teenage girl, whose birthstone is an amethyst. I do own an Amethyst in my own collection, and I thought these were just as good quality as what I have. I've been very happy with what I've ordered from Amazon so far!

At $19.99 a person can hardly go wrong. But you must know what to expect for your money. A cute set with nice purple stones, the pendant's stone is really only large enough for a child. I did what I always do with sets that are a good value - I divide them up if necessary. I will keep the pretty stud earrings for myself - I'm sure they would normally retail for $19.99.
I will put the pendant stone on a shorter chain and save it for one of the little girls in the family. So, two people will be happy! Gee, maybe this should be getting 4 stars! But for those ladies who were hoping for a larger pendant stone to wear, I'll just have to issue this little warning: The pendant isn't really grown-up size.

I got these on sale and while they are nice, I wouldn't pay more than $20 for them. The color is not as dark as in the picture and they are cheaply made, but still pretty for under $20 jewelry. It would be a nice gift for a teenager perhaps, or someone fairly petite, because of the small size...especially of the pendant.

I originally bought this set as a present for a teenage girl. What arrived was simple but nice. The earrings were bigger (and heavier) than I expected, so keep that in mind. The color on both was a rich purple. However, the shade of purple was noticeably different between the earrings and the necklace. (The two earrings themselves were well matched.) It was slight, but I definitely noticed it when I put them beside each other.
